What Is It?

Anxiety Disorder is the intense Worrying, anxiety, or fear that something bad is going to happen. This can be strong enough to interfere with daily life activities.

Tips​

  • Take a break- do something that you enjoy doing, such as making art, listening to yoga, exercising, sing, dance, etc.

 

  • Take deep breaths by inhaling and exhaling steadily

 

  • Sleep- having anxiety can be very stressful and can take up a lot of your energy, resting is a great way to find relaxation.

 

  • Talk it out with someone- talking with others can allow them to help you

 

  • Exercising and eating healthy can help you physically and mentally feel better about yourself.

 

  • Accept the fact that not everything goes your way.
